Transfer to Rome

Today we’ll travel to the unforgettable, lemon-scented isle of Capri. A jewel of the Tyrrhenian Sea, Capri is famed for its stunning cliffs, turquoise waters, and luxurious ambiance. From the magical Blue Grotto to chic boutiques and historic villas, the island effortlessly blends natural wonder with sophisticated charm.

• Morning: We'll depart from the hotel for the Sorrento Ferry Terminal and take a 25- 45-minute ferry to Capri. Please note that accessing the ferry terminal requires walking approximately ten minutes down a steep hill; speak with our Tour Director in advance if this poses a challenge. The group will then take a 90-minute boat tour with guided commentary. Note that there are ample opportunities to take scenic photographs of the island. Our expert local guide will lead the group up into Capri Town via a five-minute funicular and will give a short, 15-minute walking tour across the island to the "Garden of Augustus" where there are great views down on the Faraglioni Rocks. The group will then have two hours of free time for lunch and shopping, prior to returning to the marina to take the 55-minute ferry back to Naples.

• Afternoon: We'll board the coach for the three-hour and thirty-minute transfer to Rome.

• Evening: We’ll have dinner at our hotel upon arrival and check-in.
