Optional Excursions
Optional Excursions While on Tour:

EF offers a variety of supplementary activities in addition to what's already included on our itinerary. Some group leaders may choose to add optional excursions to all participant accounts, while others leave these at the discretion of each individual traveler.

To secure a discounted price, most optional excursions need to be purchased at least 50 days prior to our scheduled departure. Many optional excursions can also be purchased while on tour at a slightly higher price; however, there are a few that absolutely must be purchased in advance.

In the unlikely event EF has to cancel an optional excursion during a tour (due to low enrollment, for example), you will receive a full refund. To receive a refund for an optional excursion for which you simply no longer wish to be enrolled, you must inform EF no later than 30 days prior to departure. Please note that optional excursion prices are subject to change.
